Perfect for hot flashes!
I am taking a menopause medication. The hot flashes were really unbearable and caused discomfort at work. I leave it plugged into my computer so I can turn it on quickly if it occurs. It is very quiet and has a very good airflow. Cools me down faster than sticking my head in the freezer!
