I was insane with the half dozen robotic calls I received daily. My phone system only blocked 30 calls and I've long since used up my limit. I bought a CPR V5000. In fact, I didn't think it worked for the first few days as I didn't get any calls from robots. Well after almost a week I'm hooked on the call blocker. I have two criticisms. I put a blocker in series. When I block a call using #2 on one of my extension phones, it rings once. When I block a number using the "Block call" button and call the blocked number, there are no calls. I want to be notified when a call is blocked. Despite these two issues I still have to give the blocker 5 stars as it does exactly what I want it to do. I was waiting for a call from a friend. When she didn't call, I called her. She said she tried calling me many times but the call didn't go through. After a while I couldn't use my phones at all. I would have received a busy signal. The husband turned off the blocker and the phones worked fine. Today I tried to reconnect the blocker, again the " I even tried using other lines and they didn't work at all. I think a $100 device should last 11+ months.
