Review on 💡 O'Bright LED Desk Lamp: USB Charging, Flexible Arms, Soft White Reading Light in Black by Debbie Calloway

GOOD - I bought this table lamp from O'Bright just under a year ago. I use this light daily for at least five hours a day if not more. It's well built, sturdy, and thin enough not to take up too much space on my desk. The light is quite bright, but personally I would like to see it a little brighter. Maybe a dimmer would be nice. The USB port is a nice perk that eliminates unnecessary chords. The on/off button works well...which means you don't have to press too hard for it to work like some other lightbulbs. All in all I would buy this again. BEST - Unfortunately, the light from this lamp started flickering after about eight months. I emailed O'Bright Customer Service and received an immediate response. I gave them my order number and told them what was going on. Sean L. apologized for the inconvenience and said a replacement would be shipped promptly. No questions. No second guesses. No other BS you get from some of the other companies that you have to return your item to, wait for them to receive it, add a restocking fee just for them to send you a replacement. Sean simply took care of the situation by fixing it. In fact, they want to go one step further and extend the warranty for another year for free. Good product + great customer service = regular customer. Thank you!
