Very easy to install. General instructions: 1. Remove the back panel2. Remove the battery, memory card3. Remove (4) larger screws and (2) smaller screws - DO NOT LOSE! I used a fridge magnet to hold all the screws together.4. Use a credit card to separate the plastic protector from the phone case. Take your time. There are about 7-8 clips.5. Unscrew the 2 screws that secure the charging connector. Then be very careful when removing the connector from the motherboard, it is made of plastic and is easy to break.6. Screw in the new charging connector. Align the connector on the motherboard and press firmly, but do not use force.7. Align the plastic protector and work clockwise or counterclockwise to snap the phone into place8. Reattach the screws, battery, memory card and back panel.9. test phone.
