Review on PerfecTech Simulated Anti Theft Flashing Security by Klassic Duncan
Excellent anti-theft device.
I use it with the USB cable always connected, but it's also solar powered. It has a light sensor so it only flashes in low/no light conditions. It seems to work pretty well, it flashes at night and since I've been using it nobody has tried to get into my car. The design could be a bit better, especially since it looks like a fake signal LED.
