I am an artist and my work is usually auctioned or sold with proceeds going to The Phoenix Alliance, a group that helps children affected by sexual slavery were saved. When I paint military pictures for the American Legion on behalf of veterans, I often depict flags or something similar that has something to do with the stars. I had time to get my stars looking right, so I was excited to discover these patterns. It's also good to have different sizes. The smallest is 10/16 inches. I think it breaks up to 5/8 inch. Sorry for my math, it's been a long time since I was in 5th grade! The second template is 13/16" and the third is 1-1/4". I measured from one point of the star to the opposite side. The stencils are made of heavier plastic so they will last a long time. The stencils are of good weight and the stars have sharp edges. This is a really nice set of templates.
