Faulty lids in cups and mugs
Bought as a gift for a friend. After reading reviews about the lid being difficult to unscrew, I shared this information with the recipient, who was particularly careful. Even so, it still broke when she held it by the lid, and the flawed design failed. She loved it and used it every day but was so frustrated with the lid design that I can't substitute it for her now. When I clicked the link to write this review, it turned out that they no longer sell the version I bought (December 2018). Is there a way to get a replacement?
