Unfortunately, my experience with purchasing medical supplies and equipment from yeuG was not in the least bit satisfying, and I would not recommend doing business with them. The things that were sent to me were of a low quality and did not live up to my anticipations in any way. When I went out to customer service with my concerns, they were useless and dismissive. This made the situation even more difficult. I was unable to return the things, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth despite the fact that their website assured me that refunds and returns would be processed without any problems. I had high hopes that yeuG would turn out to be a trustworthy online store where I could get all of my health and household necessities, but I was sorely disappointed. This is not a business that I would suggest to anyone searching for high-quality items and outstanding assistance with their purchases. It's a pity because I had a lot of faith in yeuG, but they didn't live up to my expectations.
