This is a good starter kit to start TIG welding from scratch but I sent it back because it was too big for my arc welder . My machine can only handle up to 140 amps DC. At first I thought it wouldn't matter much because their diagram in the description shows a smaller #17 torch head with the same parts and accessories as this larger #26 torch head. I figured this meant I could just replace torch heads #17 and #26 with the same hose as needed. When I discovered that #17 had a much smaller fitting I sent this kit back for the smaller hose and accessories. Why waste argon gas filling a larger hose when it's not necessary? Basically I built my own 150 amp kit around the #17 valve head and saved a few extra bucks. " a gift but I had to contact the seller separately to send it. I had cheap welding goggles that looked like the goggles you would use for cutting and soldering but with a much darker lens. I am me not sure about the rating or can i trust them for real welding.
