Certent is very easy to use and the customer support is fantastic. The product is very easy to learn and the training is very informative. The product is only as good as the people that use it. If you have a good team, this is a great tool to help you improve your compliance and reporting. There is nothing I dislike about this product. Certent is a great tool to use. It is very easy to use and the customer support is top notch. It is worth the investment. We are solving compliance reporting problems and we are saving time and money.
