I like that they have many different ways to track your leads. You can set up multiple tracks for each different lead stage. This allows you to easily change what type of tracking you need depending on the situation. There are also many reports available so it makes data analysis easy. Sometimes the system is slow and takes some time to load when you first log in. This is not something I personally dislike but others may find this frustrating. It's a great tool for tracking all of your leads. It has made managing my leads easier than ever!
