Great Lead Tracking Tool with Multiple Features

I like that they have many different ways to track your leads. You can set up multiple tracks for each different lead stage. This allows you to easily change what type of tracking you need depending on the situation. There are also many reports available so it makes data analysis easy. Sometimes the system is slow and takes some time to load when you first log in. This is not something I personally dislike but others may find this frustrating. It's a great tool for tracking all of your leads…

Pros

  • Great reporting function with helpful graphs.
  • The platform works very well compared most other platforms out there today
  • Can be personalized by any client, even if we do things differently from our competitors at times (even those who use Salesforce)
Cons
  • At certain points throughout an active campaign or account run sales reps cannot upload new files directly into CRM
  • System occasionally gets too busy causing lagging.
  • Some clients don't

Simple and Easy Tracking Solution with Excellent Features

It has been very helpful to us as it allows for easy tracking of all aspects related from lead generation through qualification/scoping process; also great toolkit at hand that can be used across disciplines within your organization! Nothing really so far - would love if there was some kind self-service integration feature where you could create specific rules or alerts using API calls etc which then get reflected into dashboard automatically without having any manual intervention by support…

  • The simplicity, ease in use with amazing features like automated email notification when certain conditions met during qualifying phase..etc.also good user interface design providing fast accessability while maintaining flexibility too..great service provided ! :)
