When I first received these headphones I was impressed with the sound quality as were many of the reviewers on this site. As others have explained, they are acoustically neutral (which is generally good), have very good clarity, and good separation. They tend to be a bit quieter than other headphones but can be turned up louder than I would be listening to music for a long time. The mic seemed "good" to everyone I spoke to and everything was great. Then, a few days later, I tried the button, which I rarely use on headphones. This worked but seems to get stuck a bit. It was like the button stayed pressed for a second or two after I released it. The button never stuck for long and didn't always stick, but it was enough to be a nuisance. This didn't bother me as I rarely use the button, but I was a bit disappointed considering how good the headphones are. A few days later I received a nice email from the company asking me how I liked the headphones and would like a review. When I mentioned a small problem they immediately replaced the pair I had. The new pair sounds just as good as the old one and the knob works great. Everything is OK. I considered deducting a star because my first pair was a bit faulty, but their support team fixed the issue straight away. Very good headphones for the price. I would recommend her without hesitation.
