Exceptional Customer Service / Tech Support

They are friendly, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful! We have been working with them since 2009 and they do great work every time we need help or assistance. No one else does it like this team at Native. The only thing I would say is that sometimes our files get messed up when transferring from other companies but not because of their fault. It happens more often than not but not always. So far they've been very responsive about fixing those issues and getting us back in business quickly. If I had any problems I'd definitely contact native again!! Their support staff has saved me countless hours trying to deal with other tech companies who don't know how to solve customer service related problems correctly. They're proactive and make sure things run smoothly before an issue arises. They also monitor my accounts regularly as well which makes running reports easy. This saves me tons of time by allowing me to.
