This is the best mop for the money I have ever used.the pads are awesome, they scrub down to the dirt! The pads are very easy to keep clean with the cleaning tool that is included, that clips to the handle for easy use. I have no leakage from the bottle, they send 2! And 3 pads! I clean houses for a living, and this mop is one of my best and favorite tools. If the bottom pad holder comes undone from the clip, it is because you do not have enough liquid on the floor to scrub with. My mop has undone itself from both bottom clips, and it was a breeze to snap it back on. I have learned to make sure I spray on enough cleaning solution to give the pads enough to work with. With the pads being so easy to clean, I clean them every 100 square feet or so. I clean until the pads no longer pick up any more dirt. Wonderful product. Worth every dime. I've used it over 20 times, at least 300 square feet each time. wonderful, wonderful!
