Revain has reviews of at least three different model numbers in the same category. At the time of my research, 1210 had a four-star rating while the rest had five-star ratings. That piqued my interest. I'm glad I bought this model. This review is for the 1210MA Pro Grade Shredder: Every fifty dollar printer I've used in the last ten years or so, only lasted about three years on average and barely does what it's supposed to. advertised to do. I figured I'd spend twice as much and see if this commercial paper shredder would change. It definitely is. So far I'm incredibly impressed with the 1210. You can hardly hear this paper shredder running. It's very quiet. The first time I used it was for a five minute non-stop run. It worked perfectly. He ate plastic cards, thick paper, thin paper, etc. After I was done, the shredder didn't even get hot. I stack at least eight to ten sheets of paper at a time. The car didn't slow down at all. I suspect the 1210 could easily handle twenty sheets at a time, or even more if the situation called for it. There was no difference between ten leaves or one leaf. Both broke right away. No tiredness. The wheels come in handy for moving the device around and the slide out tray is on two wheels so it glides fairly well. Microshredding is much more compact than cross-cutting and safer. When the shredder tells you it's full, just pull out the tray, shake and pack paper. This flattens the stack of paper and fills the trash can. Then keep cutting. I did this several times during my fifty minute run and only filled one basket. If I think of anything else I'll update.
