I have the same case (confirmed order history, same seller) for both my kids' 2018 Gen8 tablets. They fit great and hold up phenomenally. I had to activate the warranty on one, which meant getting the 2020 Gen10. I bought this case expecting the same quality as Gen8 tablet cases (purchased 11/2018). This case is terrible. The overall length of the inner neckline is too long and the front edge is too flat and covers the front edges. As a result, the tablet is not fixed in the case, but can be removed from the case with very little effort. This contradicts the purpose of the procedure. My child had a different tablet with a protective glass and a different case for almost two YEARS. The warranty was activated due to an accidental drop in water, not device damage due to rough handling. It's been less than 48 hours since my kid had this and the tempered glass screen protector has already broken in two places around the flex stress points. I firmly believe this is due to the tablet's sloppy, loose fit in the case. I am amazed at the positive reviews and the negative ones don't seem to mention this issue. I have to wonder if there was a casting/casting incident in my production batch because this thing is useless.
