I love this headset so much I bought a second one for my wife who quit her job to work with me in my shop. I use it connected to a Polycom phone through Ring Central and also connect it to my computer for Skype calls. Works well for both and you can easily switch between your phone and your computer with a push of a button on the base. There's also a very cool white light bar at the bottom of the stand that shows the headset's current battery level. I really like the magnetic feature, when I put the headset in the dock it's easy to do. This headset has a very long range - several hundred meters. I work from home and can roam the backyard, front yard, downstairs, etc. while on the phone. The headset has a volume control and a mute function, which are easy to use. As for Headsetsdotcom, I bought my original headset from them a few years ago and it still works fine. I called their tech support several times and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about this particular headset and how to set it up. I bought from them again via Amazon and it was delivered in perfect condition as promised. Thanks again HeadsetDotcom! ted
