Bought to replace a comparable Oki and also have a Brother laser for comparison. This printer is much slower to warm up and print the first page. The connection is unreliable, we regularly get offline error messages with this thing. The paper tray is small, the touch screen is large PITA, what's wrong with using the stock buttons? The worst thing is that toner, both regular and non-genuine, never dries, but is erased from the paper. We first noticed this on shipping labels and stopped using them, but also on plain paper. This is a low quality printer and there are better options. Print quality is also mediocre at best, the OKI MC361 we had was qualitative day and night.
