Pyrex container shattered after 20 seconds in the microwave

This is the first time I'm writing a review for Revain but I think I should let people know! The pyrex container broke after 20 seconds in my microwave. I put in some leftover quinoa from another container, but the pyrex container was kept at room temperature so it didn't look like it was in the fridge or freezer (and even if it was, I figured the pyrex was refrigerated should). fridge or freezer). manage with that!). After about 20 seconds in the microwave I heard a knocking sound so I opened the microwave and found it was completely broken (see picture). For me this is unacceptable and dangerous!
