God as well. Got back on keto within a week and just plodded on. My training seemed very hard. During the hike, my hand started to swell very badly, and looking at it, I realized my body was exhausted from the salt. I don't use table salt and have stopped eating out on a strict keto diet. And it killed me. One of the recommendations was the addition of electrolytes. I've used Zip Fizz in the past but don't need the extra caffeine. I've used it several times now and I really like it. I take it in the evening before training and I feel better. I don't feel as thirsty as before. I plan to try other flavors.
