I love how easy this software makes my work life so much easier by having one application that manages all our server backup needs (and more!). The customer support has been great! We've never had an issue working directly through their team which really helps when troubleshooting issues in production environments. It's relatively new but we haven't run into any major problems yet either as far as functionality or features go. As mentioned above though - they are always willing/able to help us out even after hours via direct contact from them vs waiting 24-48hrs before receiving response internally at another timezone / day off during US holiday seasons etc.).
