Review on Tourplan by Joseph Lang

I like that they are able to provide me all of my information for any destination at once so it is easy when i am trying something new or planning an excursion before going somewhere! The only thing about tour plan which can be improved would probably just require more people working there as sometimes you get stuck waiting too long between responses from them (which seems quite frustrating). But overall great service - always helpful if not straight away then within 24 hours usually :) Would definitely recommend using this site/company again!! Planning trips around Europe we use tp very often now- haven't had many problems but do think its worth mentioning some time does go by without response especially during busy times such as summer holidays etc.- however staff seem pretty quick online even though maybe slightly less responsive over phone calls than other companies might offer?
