When I first opened it, it made a lot of "crumpled plastic" noises. Also cards were very scarce - I have DL, insurance, debit and credit card. I almost packed it again but decided to give it a try with a break. After a few days I found that the rustling mostly only occurs when it's empty and the cards go in and out a little easier. It's very thin and I can't feel it in my back pocket and barely notice it in my front pocket. This is a great minimalist wallet and I hope it lasts a long time.
