Do not buy. waste of money.
Don't waste your money on this thermometer. I bought 2 of these, one for my house and one for my daughter to keep an eye on my grandson's temperature. I thought I put in dead batteries but I bought two different brands and nothing. That also does not work. They beep when you want to close the battery compartment, but then do nothing. I wouldn't give 1. They will be returned on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday.
