We have a 1 year old GSD and we were curious what "intolerances" it had. It was easy to pull out the small tuft of hair on the back of her neck without hurting her. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and about a week after they received our sample, they emailed us the results. Now if you watch their YouTube video on how to interpret your results, they mention that it is an intolerance and not necessarily an allergy. They seem pretty accurate considering she had six types of bugs in the red category and had a severe allergic reaction to a bug bite a few months ago. The list was educational and gave us an idea of how to help our pup live more comfortably with us. The price is currently around $50, which to me is a lot for what you get.
