I like that it's easy to use, has many features and can be used across platforms (mobile or desktop). The customer service could improve in terms of speed at which they respond to questions/requests. If you want an excellent tool with lots of great options! You will need more than one person working together as there are too many things going on at once. We have been able to easily create internal teams within our organization using this platform and we've also created external groups so far. It really helps us keep track of all activities related to our intreprenuerships program.
