It came quickly and was cute although it was a lot heavier than I expected for it's size. I had no problems with the plug-in and was very happy with it until two days later I almost dropped it on a carpeted floor (maybe two feet high) and it never worked again. Luckily I was able to recover the things I had on it from the recycle bin on my computer (thank god I didn't delete them permanently). Unfortunately it was a huge hassle to get it fixed with the insurance I bought (I have no idea how the Asurion stays in business) so I just had to send it back for a refund. I have HP Passports that I can still pocket with ease ten years later.
