This is the first time I have to recycle bags. They are big enough to fit in my garbage company's large trash can. They arrived a day earlier than expected. I have to look for turns. I don't know if they are included or not. I was in a hurry to use them, so I just used what was at hand. I have to order 25-30 inches of elastic to keep them from falling into the bin. I will order again as long as the price is competitive.
