Comments: There is a second nickel, 40d, L-ki. But for about 8 years on long trips and vacations at the seaside, I took: CANON PRO-1 a compact camera with fixed L-optics, but it went haywire… Change? Choice on AVITO: G-15, G-16 or new GX1-mark2 (15, 20 or 35respectively). Chose the best. I took it in the store without checking - acc. was depleted. Memory cards only CD (CF rest). Bought a second acc. (analogue) for 1450. Full charge time for each is 3.5 hours. On native acc. (street, indoors without flash) shot 521 frames (the indicator was still blinking). Highly sharpened JPEG, increased saturation and colors; RAW files look more interesting - my opinion. The zoom lever is inert, sometimes slows down, it is difficult to crop the frame right away. But! You can easily take pictures with one hand! The camera is only for advanced users. a lot of buttons and accidentally touching the touch screen, it's easy to accidentally change settings - turn on MF, another WB, shift the focus frame . All the information is on the screen. Lots of extra frills. How many focus points? - a large green rectangle. bokeh? - the crop factor is 2, and at 50 mm the aperture is already 3.5 - theoretically a miracle is impossible. The instructions are long, but it is desirable to read. Compact when hanging on the chest, the jacket is easy to fasten at the top. According to ISO 3200 surveys none. MTF shows a good center and failed edges. Acceptable values are 4 - 5.6 but 5.6 is better . Purchase satisfied. I find more and more positive aspects in it.
