WATER LEAK-2 Keurigs model SAME PROBLEM! Bought to replace the original Keurig design we had for years and the pump eventually failed. I originally bought this Keurig model 29 days before we woke up to Keurig water from the brew spout spilling all over the counter, into the closet and onto my hardwood floor. The Revain was great and was immediately replaced with the same model overnight. Replacement keeps running out. Now we accidentally wake up with a flooded counter, even with an extra cup under the dispenser. They don't have coffee - only cleaning! It runs in off mode and the auto-on function does not work. Very disappointed! I contacted Keurig customer service and they said they would take care of us. Outstanding customer support and acknowledgment of serial number issues, Keurig will ship a new machine for free and email a voucher for 2 free Kcups boxes. I have to say that Keurig made a real effort to solve the problem, to get it right. I'm supposed to have a new Keurig in a week and they said the leak problem was solved and I liked the new car.
