Years ago I was a nail designer and lost my license like a complete idiot. Now I have to pay full price for cosmetics so I decided to try this. I am allergic to acrylic nails after using the product for years but I miss my nails. It's just a gel polish, not a real builder, but it really lays down really well! I've only tried it on my natural nails, not tips, but it's SUPER STRONG. I've seen some comments about lifting and think it's user error. I would recommend googling for tutorials on how to prep a natural nail before applying this nail polish. The main thing is to remove the entire cuticle and not to apply the product to the cuticle or skin - this will quickly lift it! Another comment that it's uneven can be corrected by applying THIN coats, curing and repeating. If you apply it like regular polish and don't make sure it's really smooth, you'll end up with uneven clumps. I got bumps on a couple of nails while filling in and all you have to do is smooth them out and apply a top coat, cure under light again. Super great product and damn cheaper than Sally's! I plan to order more colors
