No instructions included. For installation instructions, I referred to a YouTube video. This is the maximum thickness I would put on GM factory 4 or 4WD vehicles. The blocks are just over 1 inch thick, but they raise the front end just over 1 1/2 inches. I tried a 2" lifter with 1.6" thick blocks and the 4WD drive shafts rubbed. If you need more than 1.5 inches of lift on a 4WD car, get these blocks and the round washers that go over the shock coil springs.
