Is this for children? My hands aren't very big, but the handcuffs don't reach my wrist and dig in between my fingers. It's not a soft acrylic jersey, it looks scratchy. I bought something cheap, I got something cheap. I gave 3 stars because I got what I paid for, but they still can't be worn - at least not by adults.
