The support team was very friendly and responsive. I liked that they were able to help me get the most out of my campaign. It's a bit more expensive than some competitors but the customer service makes up for it! You have to be willing to work with them. This was not a good fit for us because we didn't see any immediate value in having multiple people working on one project. We were looking to create a program to train employees on how to use social media. They recommended SmartBug as a partner to help us launch this initiative. Our goal was to educate our employees about social media so they could become more effective employees.
