I love these brushes. My previous one (pink) lasted 4 years and the handle eventually broke. I am quite rough and have two very curly haired, mixed race girls and a boy who also has hair that needs brushing at times. These brushes make it easy to detangle your hair. The boy is the gentlest of them all and he even sits down and lets me comb his hair with this comb without too much fuss. The girls don't do anything. I recommend this brush to anyone who has any tangles. The bristles are hard enough to cut tangles but soft enough for even the smallest of children's heads. I've been using it since my kids were very little. Now the kids are combing their hair :)
