I have used similar headphones from this manufacturer (model DE01) and other manufacturers. To my ears they have the same great sound quality (fidelity) as the DE01. Bass at high audio frequencies was reproduced well. My use for phone calls was limited, but the audio received was clear in both ears and I had no complaints about being heard. Pairing with my phone couldn't be easier. On first use, when the earbuds were removed from the charger, they appeared in the list of devices available to pair on my phone almost immediately. I touched the T23 headphones on the display and the pairing was completed without any further action. Long/short press left or right earbud to answer, mute, speed up music playback, and increase or decrease volume. (The volume of the DE01 depends on the phone.) The charger has a digital display that shows the battery level. It took about half an hour to charge the battery from 59% to 100%. The charger has a standard USB connector for connecting the battery to your phone, and a digital display shows 'out' when plugged in and the percentage remaining when it's discharging. The box also has a microUSB port for charging the battery; and the display will show "in" when the source is connected and an increasing percentage when the battery is charging. I haven't tested the standby power and playtime (80/3.5 - 4 hours) but the specs say it's almost double the DE01. Some headphones come with ear hooks (either part of a rubber cushion or some other mechanism). They are designed to fit the ear so that when the ear cushions are positioned correctly, the entire earbud fits into the ear geometry recesses. It is important to try the supplied earcup size for each ear to ensure the eartip fits properly to avoid slipping. Following the instructions for this is essential for successful use.
