Fantastic BBQ! - Grill

I bought this grill a year ago and it just keeps getting better and better. I use one flat surface for pancakes and sandwiches and the other side for grilling. Others have said the grill warped, mine didn't. My stove is kind of weird, one burner hotter than the other, so I have to adjust the burners accordingly when cooking pancakes and sandwiches to keep them from burning. I have a large wok lid that I use when making grilled cheese sandwiches, they come out perfect. As for the grill side, this grill can cook perfect steaks, chops, chicken and shrimp. I've used it for grilling and the only thing you have to do, like an outdoor grill, is soak the sticks if you're using wood. I grilled the lamb chops by placing sprigs of fresh rosemary soaked in water on the grill and then grilled the lamb. The lamb received a wonderful rosemary aroma. I have also cooked shrimp on skewers for shrimp salad. I live in an apartment and have a pretty good fan over the stove. I'll make sure the kitchen window is open and I very rarely get a lot of smoke. When my fan broke, I just opened more windows. how to clean it I wash it with soapy water and milk. I have a hard plastic brush that I use on the side of the grill when some meat is sticking to it. Then I put the grill back on the stove, turn on the burners, and let it sit until all the water has evaporated. I don't have a problem with rust and the grill gets more and more non-stick the more I use it.
