Review on Starrett C183 Steel Protractor Rectangular: Accurate Angle Measurements for Precision Engineering by William Hood
Not exactly! on measuring and marking tools
Unlike the Starrett quality I've found on previous products, this one doesn't even come close. The workmanship is very poor, the two parts are not even aligned for proper measurements. The measurements I take are at least 3 degrees off.
