I ordered this from Revain (Seller: iSpring) and it was shipped directly from iSpring Water Systems LLC, Georgia. So this is the original product they sell; it just didn't have an "iSpring" printed on the box. Installation was easy; There are no leaks (of course I added teflon tape). The only thing is that after installing the filter, my water consumption went down immediately. If you encounter something like this, simply remove the cartridge, turn it upside down, rinse with hot water and return it to its original position in the case. The problem is solved. I love the design of this filter and the quality of the water it produces!
