I've never used packing cubes, but I agree with everything ban.do has to offer! They are absolutely adorable and I can see that they are very practical. This is a set of 4 different sized parachute nylon dice with a mesh top. They're lightweight, won't weigh your luggage down, but feel sturdy. Be warned - they smell pretty weird (as I've noticed with other ban.do products) and transfer that smell to your luggage and clothes. I would recommend washing them first. The only other reason this review doesn't have 5 stars is the quality of the zippers - they're plastic and look a bit cheap; I will be careful when using them. Despite this, this set is super functional and versatile. Different size cubes meet different packaging needs. They're great for small items like socks and underwear, or for keeping shoes separate from clean clothes, or for keeping vitamins or tampons handy. Lots of options. They fit perfectly in the bottom of my large ban.do duffel bag and in my standard size carry-on luggage. Definitely recommend! UPDATE: These packing cubes saved me. I was recently on a 4 day trip that required flying so I decided to pack everything I needed in my LL Bean Ridge Runner 25L backpack (see photo). Nothing would have happened without these cubes - they make vertical packaging a dream. Used 3 out of 4 and was able to squeeze everything in. When I went through TSA security at the airport, my bag was searched and COMPLETELY unpacked, but thanks to these cubes, I was able to get everything back with relatively little trouble. To be honest, I doubt I'll ever travel without them again.
