Amazing interface, easy to use and has all the tools needed for a professional installation. Can only run one application at a time which limits productivity. The software is not intuitive for our users so they constantly ask questions about functionality or how to navigate the software. Great product that is well worth the investment. We are now able to control multiple applications from one screen with ease. This helps us keep track of data for multiple clients as it allows us to view their screens in real-time.
