Review on UsableNet AQA by Justin Pavelko

Usablilitynet provides us excellent support in their ability to respond promptly when there is an issue that we are having difficulty troubleshooting or resolving. The staff really seems engaged by solving our issues rather quickly for both minor defects as well major problems! We're currently looking at expanding upon what they provide from making it easier to build forms/pages more accessible vs adding functionality where existing functions can be used (or improved!) without reworking those pages ourselves. They should look into allowing customers who have disabilities which prohibit them using mouse input (and many others) how easy accessing data could make life much better - especially considering the amount of work already being done to try and get around these usability hurdles! Accessibility testing (both A11y audit as well general user experience design). It's really easy to use! The support is amazing as well - I've never had an issue getting answers or assistance when needed (which has been very often). We're working towards 100% ACA Compliance but it can be difficult sometimes for small businesses that don't have full time employees dedicated specifically to this task. But overall we haven't found any issues so far in our first year using them.
