Damn time! on Back Massagers

I have had neck/shoulder problems and headaches for YEARS due to a rather nasty horse riding accident. The constant treatment helped, but I searched in vain for something to hit "that spot" on my neck and skullcap with at home. Most massagers are too far apart or hand held and when I have to press them against my neck I can't relax the neck and shoulder muscles. This little device is amazingly simple and effective. Lie on the floor or bed, rest your head on it in the most comfortable position, and then simply lie down and let gravity and the weight of your own skull do the work for you. Yes, it will hurt, but that's the goal because you're hitting trigger points (so it's "good pain"). When you're done (even a few minutes can make a difference) I can only describe the feeling as "elated" or like water running down my throat. This thing hits the exact same spots that my massage therapist can work on so easily, plus it's a lot cheaper and I can use it whenever I need it. I won't stop visiting my healthcare professionals, but it's so great to have effective trigger point therapy at home when a nasty headache hits!
