The front wheels turn neither left nor right. you are stuck
This is a well built, durable scooter. However, I sent mine back because I didn't realize that the handlebar grip doesn't turn the front wheels left or right. It is difficult to turn unless the child leans far to the left or right. It was very difficult for my child to turn around and didn't want to try again because he thought he wasn't good at it. π₯
