I opened the box the moment I received this privacy screen. The three panels are attached by four hinges with four screws in each hinge. Well, one of my hinges on the bottom wasn't attached because two screws were missing. Searched the box and all packing materials and found no screws; Not alone. So instead of going through the awful pain of A@$ sending it back, I figured I'd pull a screw out of the other loop and try to get through. It quickly became clear that the reason a hinge was missing two screws was because the holes were fully ground and the screw wouldn't hold. The part that really annoys me has two reasons: 1) It's not a cheap cat litter privacy screen. With taxes it's almost $65. If I had paid $30 I might have tried to get through. 2) These screws were missing from packaging so one panel was dangling, but they decided to ship them anyway. If the screws came out after packing, they would be in the box. SAVE YOUR MONEY, IT'S CHEAP GARBAGE.
