These cute tape measures come in handy. They have no blocking function. I actually bought them to steal a new strap from an old LufkinTM metal case strap I've had for years. I changed blades. I put the old tape in the new plastic case and made my old one look like new in the metal case. I would buy them again anytime I needed another basic tape measure. I keep one in a desk drawer next to my chair and always take it out for something. It's convenient to carry in your pocket when you go somewhere and need to measure something. Or just keep it in your pocket just in case.
