I like that you can easily customize your interface to fit whatever needs you have.

Also it runs in all major clouds which makes things much easier than working with native products. It's difficult for new users to get started as there are many different ways of doing something so they need extensive training/support before they're able to learn how everything works. The product has helped us solve our problems by allowing us to move faster with out business critical applications being offline or down at any time.
