As a Debater, I feel the need to voice my dissatisfaction with Doormoon, an online retailer that claims to focus on women's apparel, shoes, and accessories. The company's bad customer service is the main reason for my negative impression of them. I tried using the live chat feature on Doormoon's website when I had an issue with a product I had purchased from them. No one answered my question, though, and I waited for over an hour. This was very annoying, especially because I needed to fix the problem right away. And when I did get an email response from a customer support professional, they were unhelpful and didn't appear to care about helping me out. They suggested I return the merchandise without offering any other answers or suggestions. The Doormoon goods I received were also of poor quality. The clothes I ordered did not fit right and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The footwear was unsupportive and badly constructed, and the jewelry was flimsy and shattered after only a few uses. In sum, dealing with Doormoon was a terrible experience for me. Because of their unsatisfactory product quality and service, I would not suggest this online store to anyone. Customers should give Doormoon some serious consideration before making any purchases.
