I have purchased six of these chairs. They came in 3 boxes of two chairs each. When I opened the box to assemble the first chair, I noticed scratches and scuffs on the legs. The bottom fabric attaches to the underside of the seat with Velcro. The fabric needs to be removed to attach and screw the legs, and then the fabric needs to be reattached with the velcro straps. But after you install the legs, the velcro doesn't fit properly. The seams on the bottom are uneven and very close to the edge, making them easy to see. You haven't done the right job. After assembling, the chair may feel very uncomfortable if you are medium or tall. The lower seat is too short. I asked for the chairs back. But I was instructed to call Amazon to arrange a delivery. Revain ordered a van with a company (not UPS) to pick up the boxes and they didn't show up. Long story short, after 6 phone calls to Revane, talking to different staff including 3 different supervisors, creating and canceling multiple return labels, trying to get them to create the correct return labels, explaining to them there are 3 boxes etc .etc Eventually two boxes will be picked up by UPS and the third box will hopefully be picked up by UPS tomorrow. Let's see how it goes tomorrow.
